Ben Lomond

Working up in Glasgow for the last year has been very interesting, sometimes hard, learning on the job at a building site for a large development.

It’s a really hard decision that I have been putting off for a while now, but the time has come to say goodbye. With two bikes in the garage, and only one body to ride them with at any one time, I have decided to sell one of the bikes.

This week I was back up in Glasgow (avoiding the decoration work being done at home) working my socks off to get back up to speed with the project I’m co-managing. There is so much to do its GO GO GO all day especially when you’ve been used to relaxing 12 hours a day, its full on.

I dunno how Aimi took so long to pack this morning but after breakfast I was straight out and enjoying the sun and pool for as long as possible. After all, it was our last morning here!

Thunder Yawn

Last full day on the Riviera Maya, Mexico and the weather man had predicted full on tropical storms. Luckily we are leaving tomorrow.

Scuba Snaps

Today we are diving with Condor again and his photographer friend Diego. It wasn’t very busy so we had the boat to ourselves and could go anywhere. Anywhere we could see TURTLES!!!!

Motorcycle Reef

Up and out early again today to catch a taxi to Akumal. We thought we might be late as the taxi took a while to show up, but everything is tranquilo in Spanish countries. We rocked up and hung around in the shop till the boat came back in with our instructor for today.

Refreshing Dive

I’m never going to get tired of having breakfast outside. It’s something that I really love doing as often as possible because we have a great view from our patio. But it’s England, so only when the weather’s good enough, there is direct sun and I can convince Aimi it’s warm enough. It just makes breakfast that little bit more special, like you’re on holiday staying at a quaint little B&B. This holiday we have had breakfast outside pretty much every day, and not only outside, but on the beach, under palm trees and the morning sun. I could get used to this…
