Birmingham International Race Day Champion last year was Phobos from Poland but everyone wants to know…. who will take the top spot this year? The 2022 winner and UK favourite Dan Carpy wants the top spot again, but the 2020 winner Spezilover from Germany is not going to make it easy as he always pushes hard for first place.
Everyone wants to know who is this year’s fastest Tiny Whoop pilot? Are we going to see the first double winner of BIRD in its history or will a new pilot take the top spot???

We have more LED gates, obstacles, lights, flags and tunnels than ever before! Our new (and plumb-safe) venue is huge, giving plenty of space for fast and technical sections to really test the racers ability. There will be trade stands, shops, food and great music from our resident DJ bringing the party vibe, it’s going to be a great weekend!

We are all about the DISCO LIGHTS so all Whoops flying must have LED’s to participate. So express yourself in your favourite colours, make yourself easier to see and cheer on and usefully, easier to find if (when) you crash!!

– LOCATION –
Millennium Point is a unique venue destination in Birmingham City Centre, and just a short walk from all three main train stations. It’s the home of ThinkTank (Birmingham’s science museum) and Birmingham City University.
We have a MASSIVE space to fly giving us huge scope to have fast and technical sections, drop gates and everyone’s favourite slaloms. And for the first time we also having trade stands so spares and parts are on hand, simulators so everyone can give it a go and the BMFA attending to offer advice and information to novice and seasoned droners alike.
